This FCT is equipped with a microcontroller that precisely manages the entire testing process, including voltage measurement, LED functionality checks, and short circuit detection. To enhance workflow efficiency, the FCT is also integrated with an automatic barcode scanner that is triggered only when the PCB successfully passes all test parameters, ensuring accurate product identification and traceability.

Within this FCT circuit, a microcontroller is responsible for managing the entire testing process. This includes monitoring both the input and output voltages supplied to the PCB’s ports, analyzing the readings in real time, and ensuring that all voltage levels remain within the specified tolerance range. This control system helps guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the testing process.

This application is designed to continuously monitor the ESD connection of each operator in real time. It can detect various issues, including poor contact quality, disconnected lines, or any unauthorized modifications to the connection. When such conditions are detected, they are instantly displayed on the monitoring screen, allowing immediate corrective action to be taken.

This FCT jig is equipped with a built-in display monitor that eliminates the need for a dedicated PC. The display serves as an integrated user interface, presenting detailed results for each testing process in real time. This design not only simplifies operation but also increases mobility, allowing the jig to be easily relocated between different production lines without additional setup requirements.

This FCT jig performs testing on every output connection from the PCB. Each connection is simulated using motors, LEDs, and buzzers to verify its functionality. The results of these tests are then displayed in detail on the integrated monitor, allowing operators to quickly identify and address any issues. This method ensures that every PCB output is validated under realistic operating conditions before deployment.

This tester jig is specifically designed for high-voltage testing on PCBs to ensure product reliability and safety. Each test result is clearly indicated with an OK or NG status, enabling quick evaluation of the PCB’s condition. The jig’s fully enclosed design provides an added layer of protection, preventing any accidental contact with high-voltage components and ensuring operator safety during the entire testing process.
